Vancouver, Canada – May 4, 2016 – Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NXS) is pleased to announce that it has engaged the services of FronTier Merchant Capital Group (“FronTier”) to provide investor relations services.
FronTier is a highly experienced and recognized investor relations group with offices in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York City. FronTier will assist the Company by increasing market awareness through the utilization of a number of financial market communications initiatives, and will facilitate in-person introductions for Nexus with institutional and retail brokers and investors in a number of cities across Canada, the US, Europe and Australasia.
Under the terms of the engagement, FronTier has been retained for a twelve month period at a fee of $6,250 per month. The Company has also agreed to grant 300,000 incentive stock options to FronTier, at an exercise price of $0.05, vesting quarterly and expiring three years from the date of grant. FronTier and its principals own a total of 2,600,000 common shares of the Company.
