Vancouver, British Columbia – June 1, 2018 – Nexus Gold Corp. (“Nexus” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: NXS, OTC: NXXGD, FSE: N6E) is pleased to announce that Zula Kropivnitski has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Ms. Kropivnitski brings several years of experience serving in the Chief Financial Officer role for public companies in the resource sector. Ms. Kropivnitski has replaced Michael Kinley, who has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer to focus on other ventures. The board of directors thanks Mr. Kinley for his many years of service to the Company.
The Company also confirms that Alex Klenman has replaced Peter Berdusco as President of the Company. Mr. Berdusco will remain as a director of the Company going forward.
